We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Once an order has been placed and the payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at FastFinds25@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and provide a solution if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable, hygiene-related, or consumable goods

  • Any item after the 48-hour damage-report period
